How We Use Your Information
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue, guest count, planner's name, your notes, the service you asked about, and whether you said we can text you.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, check our availability, and plan your bar service if you book with us. If you checked the texting box, we may also text you about your inquiry. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
When you book, we share the guest count, date, venue and drink menu with our alcohol concierge partner so they can calculate and deliver your order. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their marketing.
Services that handle your information
Inquiries are delivered to us through Formspree, a form processing service. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps view of our service area, so Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if you book, to deliver and follow up on your event. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we have.
