Why Couples Hire Us

Most wedding bars create two problems: someone has to buy the alcohol, and the bar itself looks like a folding table.

You Buy the Alcohol. You Don't Do the Math.

Buying your own alcohol (a "dry hire") usually costs far less than a venue or caterer package. The catch is that someone has to work out how many bottles of each thing 150 people will drink over five hours, then buy it, haul it, and get it to the venue on time.

We work with a local liquor concierge who does that part. They take your guest count, timeline and drink menu, calculate the amounts, place the order at retail pricing, and deliver it to your venue. You approve the list and pay for the alcohol. That's all you do.

  1. 01Tell us your guest count and menu.
  2. 02The concierge sends you an exact order.
  3. 03You approve it.
  4. 04It's delivered to the venue before we arrive.

A Bar That Matches the Room.

A catering table with a white linen tablecloth is the first thing guests see at the bar, and it works against everything else you've designed.

We bring our own dark wood mobile bar. It has a finished front, a working back bar for bottles and glassware, and lighting built in. It looks like it belongs in the venue because it was made for rooms like yours.

Reviews

What Planners and Couples Told Us.

"I've coordinated a lot of dry-hire weddings, and the alcohol order is always where something goes wrong. With F.P. Celeste, the concierge sent the couple a list, they approved it, and it was sitting in the venue's back room when I arrived. Nothing was short at the end of the night. The bar itself photographed better than the venue's own."
Event Planner Dallas
"We didn't want to spend thousands on a bar package, but we also had no idea how much tequila 180 people drink. Their concierge figured it out from our guest count and sent us one list to approve. On the day, the bar looked like it was built for the room. People still ask about the smoked old fashioneds."
Bride Fort Worth
"Our venue requires a certificate of insurance two weeks out. They sent it the same day I asked. Setup was finished before the ceremony started and the bar area was cleaner at the end of the night than at the start."

FAQ

Questions We Get Asked.

Do you have liquor liability insurance?

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability coverage that meets standard DFW venue requirements. We send the certificate of insurance directly to your venue.

Do I have to figure out how much alcohol to buy?

No. Our concierge partner calculates the exact amounts from your guest count, event length and menu, places the order, and delivers it to the venue. You approve the list and pay for the alcohol.

Where do you travel?

Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding area. That includes Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Denton, Southlake and Grapevine. Ask about venues farther out.

Can you serve alcohol we buy ourselves?

Yes. That's how most of our weddings work, and the concierge makes it simple.

What happens to leftover alcohol?

It's yours. We pack unopened bottles for you or your planner at the end of the night.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6–12 months out. Spring and fall Saturdays fill first. Check your date below.

Does the bar need anything from the venue?

A level space about 10 ft × 6 ft and access to a standard outlet. We bring everything else.
